I began this project in the spring of 2008 after finding a studio in Marietta, Ohio. My plan is to do a large series of portraits of some of the people who live here. I am fascinated by people and love drawing and painting portraits.

Can't tell you how cool it is to see friends' faces emerge here. I can think of all kinds of people I'd like to see here! Wish I had time to come sit! John looks fabulous!
